If you are out of our local area and require laptop repairs, Broken Laptop Repair can help! Mail your laptop to our South Florida location and we will provide you with a FREE estimate. You can then decide if you want to proceed with the service. If you decide not to repair the laptop, you are only responsible for the cost of return shipping to your location. Here's how to do it:

2. Read the Terms of Service thoroughly. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-864-9976.

3. Fill out he Repair Estimate Form completely. Be sure to sign and date it, and make a copy of it for your records.

4. Package your laptop and your laptop power supply securely and send it to our PACKAGE RECEIVING LOCATION, below. Be sure to use a carrier that provides insurance and package tracking options, and use those services!

Once we receive your package, we typically perform all diagnostic tests within 24 hours and contact you for with a FREE estimate before proceeding with any repairs. Once we receive your repair approval, we will start service IMMEDIATELY. Turn around time, from the time you send your BROKEN laptop to us, till the time you receive your WORKING laptop back at your location, is typically 5-7 business days.

If you decide not to repair your laptop, we will repackage it and return it to you, and you will only be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
